Growing up hearing stories of Spanish Bullfighting and eventually attending a bullfight in Spain in my early 20’s, I witnessed the reverence the bull commands. I developed a profound respect for the animal as a symbol of both raw power and grace. The bull represents a timeless narrative of struggle, honor, and tradition. I wanted to capture not only the bull’s physicality but also the complex emotions it evokes—its fierce determination, fiery expression, and the dramatic tension inherent in its role within the Spanish cultural landscape.
