GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms) OF CANAL STREET ANTIQUE & DESIGN CENTER D.B.A. GREENWICH LIVING DESIGN (the "Gallery")

1. By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions and images of our pieces. However, due to the unique nature of vintage items, all products are sold as-is. We cannot guarantee that the colors or details will precisely match what you see on your device.

3. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing.

4. By placing an order, you affirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if full payment is not made. 

5. Shipping costs will be calculated at, or determined after, checkout. We strive to process orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method (approx. 3-8 weeks). All of our carriers are third party contractors. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.

6. We will accept returns of pieces purchased directly from our gallery within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified in writing. Any return requests made after this timeframe will be considered at the sole discretion of our gallery owner. We do not accept returns or offer full refunds on items significantly damaged in transit; we will collaborate with you to obtain repair quotes and determine appropriate compensation based on our assessment. We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately should you encounter any issues.

7. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the exclusive property of Greenwich Living Design and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenwich Living Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

9. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
