This fine French Commode or Chest of drawers, attributed to Maison Jansen, has been fully refinished to perfection. The Louis XVI style inspired profile with stout, bronze adorned legs contains a two over two set of drawers which are further framed in bronze. Tassle motif drawer pulls and key holes ornament the surfaces as do the rounded cookie cutter capitals – all bronze. The whole supports an original white marble top.
