Large Roman-Style Giltwood and Marble-Top Center Table, Impressive

Finest 20th century, after a design by Antonio Landucci, the rectangular figured marble top over a carved frieze in anthemia, floral and foliate decor, centered by a medallion with a carved bull, raised on fluted and stop-fluted legs with ram’s-head- and swag-carved capitals, the legs joined by acanthus-carved stretchers centered by a fruit basket flanked by swans.
