A fine pair of Louis XVI Jansen style marble-top console tables or sideboards with bevel mirror back panels. This pair of Maison Jansen style demilune form console tables are not only impressive in size but the custom quality is second to none. Simply the finest triple “D” form bronze-mounted mahogany console tables with mirror backs and marble tops on the market. Each having a Louis XVI flair with a lower shelf with a pierced bronze gallery. The case itself is in excellent condition with very fine chaise bronze mounts with a beveled mirror back panel. This pair are fine examples of the pair sold in 2015 in William Doyle Galleries in NYC. That pair having sold for some $16,000.
