Pair of chic Finnish designer lounge or armchairs chairs newly upholstered in genuine cream Sheepskin. This pair of chairs was designed by Ilmari Lappalainen for Asko, a Finnish furniture manufacturer in the late 1940/50s. Perfect for a sophistaced seating arrangement within a design-forward space. Designed and produced in Finland. Matching sofa is available as well.

Ilmari Lappalainen trained first as a teacher of woodworking, then as an interior designer. Lappalainen’s designs are famously comfortable. This pair of lounge chairs are from his Laila series for Asko, where he was a designer from the late 1940s.
