Maison Jansen Mahogany Commode or Chest, Bronze Mounted, Directoire Style, 1940s
A Jansen commode having two larger drawers under a smaller drawer with inverted sides and bronze mounts. The whole supporting a white and gray vein marble top. This commode comes complete with a letter of authentication from James Archer Abbott. A fine example direct from a NYC apartment.
