A large brass chandelier with twelve arms with filigree detail, Italian, Circa 1960’s Oscar Torlasco was born in Rome, Italy, in 1934. Torlasco designed many beautiful lamps. The most well known are the lamps he designed for Lumi. He designed for several Italian lighting manufacturers, including Esperia, Stilux, Lamperti and Stilkronen.
